I believe Bald Eagles are attracted to this location because it is a chicken barn. I have seen up to 5 of them hunkered down in the adjacent field during stormy winter weather. I have seen seagulls scavenging near a barn door at the rear of the building from a small pile. I am assuming the eagles are attracted for the same reason or have their eyes on the seagulls.
