While traveling near the the Hughs, AR exit 265, on I-40, westbound, we observed a huge flock of White Egrets, a.k.a. Cow Cranes, in a field, estimated to number 3-5 thousand. Had seen a similarly large flock months earlier, along the south side of this same stretch of I-40.
