Had this one female since fall. She shows up every couple days. Very cold here at night.
I don’t think it is an Anna’s because it has a reddish spot on throat. Here a picture from December 19. Not very good but can kind of see it. Green back too
Since the middle of January, it kept coming to feeder and would fall off into the snow. After the third time I could not take it and scooped it up and brought it in for a week. After a week, temps hit 40 and I saw knats flying around outside and set her back outside and it flew into front tree and has been doing great. I think it depleted itself and the cold was too much. But doing okay now.
