So 34 degrees at 6:30 this morning. My dog and I walked the 6 mile city bypass trail loop with a 15 mph west wind. Usually this trail is snow covered until mid April. In September. October, and November we had 72 inches of snow. In December, January, and February we have had 18 inches. The mountains are at 130% of snowpack but on very windy days we have had Red Flag Warnings for wildland fires. Climate changes
