Monarch Adult Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 03/10/2020

Number: 1

I thought I had seen a Monarch butterfly about a month ago, but this is the first time I am able to confirm it with a picture, because it always seems to evade me. It's much more skittish than the other butterflies we have here. During the summer we have around ten different species of butterflies, so happy to have the Monarch be a part of the group, and I hope he stays around. Time to get some milkweed.
