I saw 4 weeping willow trees in one yard that were green with growth. Along the other side of street noticed the Bradford pear trees with buds. This whole neighborhood has trees that are budding/leafing more than anywhere else I've seen this spring. Turns out this neighborhood is built on a massive gently sloped hillside that faces the south
