I always put my feeders out 2 weeks early. Birders in our area say to place feeders April 1st. Just placed feeders on the 11th of March and so thankful I did. March 13th one scout arrived. Very exciting. Saw our scout again today,the 14th. In 2019 placed feeders out March 15th with first arrival on the 17th. We enjoyed over 60 of these magnificent jewels all season.
