Monarch Egg Sighted

Date: 03/14/2020

Number: 20

First Monarch reported on March 12, 2020. She continues today alone laying eggs. 20 new ones found today. She still remains strong and determined. Saw her get caught in a large spider web and was able to get her out and web cleaned away from her wings earlier today. Let her go and she flew away and returned later today to continue her mission. Resting only to refuel on the many milkweed flowers I know have in my yard. Beautiful to see. Also have seen 4 other kinds of butterflies enjoying the flowers but still only the one lone Monarch so far.
