Saw my first Purple Martin.11 am, 42F, cloudy. He was eating at my bird feeder next to the house. I've never seen one before, so exciting! My neighborhood has little open space, the feeder is between 2 houses that are about 10 feet apart. Maybe he was grabbing a snack and resting.
