1900 hrs very high overhead. identification suspect as no calls, no magnification, no binoculars, but flight oh so indicative of barn swallow.

or are we just hopeful for spring?

eBird reports entered as of 1900 hrs this data show no other barn swallows in VA in 2020, but the abundance animation map for barn swallow suggests the leading edge of barn swallow migration reaches this far north as of this coming Saturday.
