We were sailing on a catamaran around the island of Guadeloupe, when all the sudden we saw a big spout of water about 50 yards directly in front of our boat. Then in a couple of minutes, we saw the whale come to the surface once more just to the right of the boat, and it swam away as quickly as it appeared.
