Hi. We have a cabin in Oklahoma and arrived yesterday. This morning on our walk we saw one that walked with us the whole way. He was not super bright and not quiet as perky as some I had seen last week in Dallas that we decided were raised locally. Then later today we rode 23 miles of back trails and we saw probably 10-14 more monarchs. The same, not super bright and all were enjoying flying from native wild flower to wildflower. The trail has wild violets and I saw quiet a few enjoying the wild purple verbena. I hope this help. I did not have my phone but did snap a picture of one from this morning with my husbands phone but his lens is not good. I’ll try to snap some photos tomorrow. This is three hours north of Dallas which is strange we have not seen them in Dallas but they are here in Oklahoma already.
