All Other Signs of Spring

Number: 1

Have been seeing a continuous stream of painted ladies, small (maybe 2-3" across) traveling solo, or in small groups of 2-4.

Direction of travel is from south to north-northwest.

There is a large open space canyon / park in the direction of their travel, with recently flowering mustard.

I've tried to get an image, but they typically don't stop in my yard - they just keep moving north.
