Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)
Sightings report image

Date: 04/02/2020

Number: 1

The photo isn't very clear as it was still kind of early dawn light. But it is a female Ruby Throated Hummingbird. I just put out my feeders at the beginning of the week, and the first one showed up yesterday that I actually saw. We moved here late last summer from Salt Springs, FL, where we had many pairs of Ruby Throats. I wasn't sure what to expect here, so am happy to see this one show up! I hope to get better pictures soon.
