the marker is the exact location i saw the american bald eagle flying above. the bird was very large and soaring at a very high altitude. you could clearly see the the striking white head and tail contrasting the brown body and wings. the wings where sprawled out at great length. it was truly a majestic sight to see this bird soaring at such great heights. the bird flew continuously in roughly the same circular pattern overhead, using very little effort to mantain height. possibly riding an upstream of wind.
