Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 04/04/2020

Number: 1

I was working in our sub-division's community butterfly garden. There was a very pale and tattered female Monarch laying eggs on many of the milkweeds that had been planted. I observed her landing on the plants, then "climbing" underneath the plants to lay her eggs. I counted 26 eggs in two hours time.
