I'm thrilled to have learned about this project on TedWomen. I had been in my current home for approximately one year and in early fall was in awe of monarchs in my backyard. They were there in the evenings for approximately a week. They also weren't just in the trees in my yard, but were all around the lake shore (Ontario) where I live - and where milkweed grows. My neighbors said they come like that every few years (or I'm assuming whenever that is in relation to their path over North America). I truly felt like my home and I had been blessed by some ethereal force. I have another video and pictures I couldn't attach, but would love to send. Thank you for the work you do.
