Today on an ocean as calm as a lake, we spotted on mother/calf pair swimming close to shore along the peninsula of the Point Arena Lighthouse. There also was a feeding humpback in the area.
Two other mother/calf pairs were spotted swimming together by reliable observers to the south of us in Gualala.
