Tattered female, fluttered along path from one 2 inch tall swamp milkweed to the next.
Behavior continued for 1 hour. She had previously been noted on nectar flowers 50 feet away for several hours, sometimes feeding, sometimes clinging to the borage to survive the stiff winds.
