Monarch Egg Sighted

Date: 04/29/2020

Number: 22

After seeing the first 4 eggs two days ago, there are now at least 18 additional eggs on what is definitely Green (Asclepias Viridis) Milkweed and not Antelope Horn. There is at least one Antelope Horn in the field but no eggs on it. All eggs found so far are on Green Milkweed, except for one egg on a Swamp Milkweed (Asclepias Incarnata) and one on a Butterfly Milkweed (Asclepias Tuberosa.) Not all of the Green Milkweed plants have any eggs. The two biggest Greens have 14 & 4, respectively. Nada on any of the yard milkweeds of any species.
