Hummingbird, Other Observations

Date: 05/09/2020

Number: 2

Watched two ruby throats sheltering from a sudden, intense hail storm this afternoon. One was protected by the overhanging roof, but the other had only lilac leaves between him and the hailstones. We watched him till the storm ended to make sure he was okay. He flew off just as I was belatedly trying to get a picture. Hope all the other birds were alright.
