While shaving today just after noon, I noticed, through the window, a male Ruby- Throated, hovering behind my privet hedge bush in the yard. This prompted me to get a feeder set up, which I did. He has visited it at least twice now. This is the earliest sighting I have ever made here to fore. I figured that since I have nothing in flower at the moment, was the reason for the dearth of observations. Glad to know I'm mistaken on this at least!
