Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/15/2020

Number: 1

It may have visited earlier, as the nectar in my feeders was disappearing over last week. But it's been so windy that I've also seen the nectar splash out of the feeder as the wires on which they hang were bouncing up & down in the wind... so I wasn't sure if hummingbirds had drunk any of it yet. But this morning, I finally saw my first of the season! It drank out of both feeders nearest the house. I didn't see it go to the one further back in the yard.
