I was gardening and it flew past me! Wish I had time to capture it!

I'm pretty positive it was a monarch, it was flying however I had to do a triple take cause I feel its still to early! I have planted about 3 foot tall swamp milkweeds this past weekend!

There were no eggs yesterday, I've been sure to check! I have now been on the prowl with my phone ready to snap a pic! Also yesterday in talking to a friend of mine, she too spotted a monarch in her yard!
Could it be something that was released? Not sure! But either way! I'm so excited for their journey back here!
