My robins had their nest destroyed by a squirrel that was in the roof of my garage. But as the nestlings were only a few days from fledging, I noticed that at least one survived. The parents had guided it out of the garage and into a grassy section, and I believe the little whippersnapper is still with us. Mom has constructed another nest in the apple tree, now that the leaves have come in.
