My friend, Larry, phoned me and said he saw a monarch at 11 AM while mowing his lawn on the north side of town. Later at 12:15 PM, my neighbor and I saw a monarch in her yard. I decided to walk over to Harrisville State Park where I saw a female monarch and photographed it at 3:55 PM. All three monarchs were nectaring on dandelion flowers. The weather was 100% sunny with the wind SSE-8-13 mph, and the temperature 67F.
