Adult Monarch checking out milkweed sprouting

Condition and health looked great on both monarchs I have seen so far this year (see other report 5/27/20).

I haven’t looked at my milkweed yet for eggs but will check some of them soon and report if I find any. It may be difficult to find eggs as I only have a few beds and the rest of my milkweed is strewn across about 10 acres of old hayfield that I have been turning into a native prairie meadow.
