laying eggs on 12" common milkweed

I was mowing 2 miles of prairie trails at the Independence Cemetery and saw 4 visiting milkweed over about 20 acres. The whole habitat is 60 acres and starting in July I usually see at least 20 on any warm dry day. We are installing roadside plots around N.Ky. over about 50 acres this spring and plan to expand our spread statewide. My nonprofit is Monarch Friends Inc.and all we do is find acreage and install Monarch supporting plugs.
