I went out to the herb garden at around 5:30 pm to pick parsley and thyme for dinner. The herb garden is about 15 feet away from the feeder. When I got there, I noticed a small hummingbird at the feeder. It appeared to be pale yellow. I stood up slowly and began to move back towards the house. The hummingbird began to make chittering noises and flew towards me 5 or 6 times. It only flew about a foot in front of the feeder each time but it seemed as though it was threatening me. I'm not an experienced birder but I haven't seen this before. Don't know what it was.
