Second one of the day!
Could not determine the sex but was concentrating on an area of Milkweed near the house.
This sighting was later in the day and had an increase of wind and a thunderstorm pass through. Due to my presence this one flew up into the adjacent trees.
Will look for evidence of eggs today.

Note:
Cooler temps appear to to have slowed their presence here this year. In 2019 we had Monarchs and eggs in late May.
10 deg. Cooler today but forecast says back in the mid to high 70's tomorrow.
