Jean-Guy Chouinard reported to Mission Monarch (Canada) that he spotted on monarch yesterday in Saint-Adalbert, Quebec - very close to the border with the State of Maine.

Strong southerly wind, 20 degrees Celsius. seen in a frosted hawthorn.
