Monarch Waystation #299 aka the Virginia Living Museum staff member Darl Fletcher reports a female monarch spotted flying through the Conservation Garden, traffic circle, Children's Learning Garden, and around the plant nursery at various times today, nectaring on the many blooming milkweeds and other native and non-native plants.
