Two weeks ago, I noticed a Black-chinned Hummingbird female building her nest in my yard.
She began sitting on the nest right away. I have not seen her feeding chicks yet, but I did video her today being attacked by another hummingbird, which appears to be a female. Is this common behavior for a nesting hummingbird to be attacked by another hummer?
I have the video if there is a way to submit it.
