regularly see eagles off sealy lake and saw an adult this April that may have been ill with the syndrome Ive heard about. It did not fly and was standing/walking in a field. Possible lead poisoning or other issues. Did not see a carcass or other carrion in the field that may have drawn it there. It seemed dazed and did not fly even though I was about 90 yards away. It was on private property so I did not approach any closer. This photo is not of that bird. I did not get a photo of that bird.
