12:35pm From inside the house looking south saw a monarch flitting west in backyard about 30' above lawn. Had passed by about 50 Common MW plants & 15 Swamp mw.
25�c strong WSW wind @ 26kmh mostly sunny. Had received much needed rain in the a.m.

1:15pm From inside the house looking north observed a monarch flitting about front MW patch of about 50 Common MW. With cell phone in hand went out to observe. She laid at least 10 eggs all on mw buds. Very fresh looking female. After 20 mins she left flitting west.
24�c. Strong WSW wind at 26kmh. Mostly sunny. A cold front with very strong wind @32+kmh arrived around 4pm temp dropped to 21�.
