At 2:20 PM, I saw a very faded monarch flying up Pine Street in front of my house. Weather was sunny with the Wind SW-9 and the Temperature was 80F. It then became cloudy and the Temperature topped out at 86F. at 9 PM for the highest temperature so far for the year.
