Observed a monarch flitting west 15' above Hwy 3 near Cottam, Ontario.
Also observed on south side of hwy a monarch flitting west above a patch of about 200 Common milkweed plants. Numerous large patches on both sides of the hwy. A survey will be done for Mission Monarch end of July.
