HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! Today at 1:04 PM, I observed a female monarch among milkweed in my neighbor's yard. Weather was 100% sunshine with the Wind SE-4, and the Temperature was 76F. By the way, the temperature was 76F. when the Declaration of Independence was signed!
