I am still waiting for Monarchs to find my patch of about 100 milkweed plants I have planted in my yard but there are plants all stages of growth.
Most have bloomed. The first one sprouted on April 24 2020. Last year I saw the first caterpillar eating in the third week of July. I have many fingers crossed
