My son saw a monarch flitting around our milkweed this afternoon, and later I went out and found several eggs. We have a big patch of milkweed that was untouched, but she laid her eggs on the one smaller plant growing out of the concrete by our garage! Later this evening I also found eggs on another small milkweed plant growing up through our deck.
