A hummingbird nectared on several flower on a tithonia plant. Another hummingbird was present briefly but left as the one visited all the open flowers.

Later, a hummingbird (or more than one) made repeated visits to a large Salvia microphylla "Hot Lips" plant. One of the visits ended with a chase by another hummingbird.
