7:20 a.m looks to be a female ruby throat juvenile only intrested in Hamelia pattens. Sat on bloomimng desert willlow tree twig looking around and only seen for about 20 minutes. It's not a black chin because they pump their tail when nectaring. Rubythroat fall migration back very early for us.
