I check my milkweed plants everyday and have not seen any Monarch eggs. But 5 days ago I did see a Monarch in my Pollinator Garden. Today I saw 3 small Larva's. Two were definitely second instar and the third might have been first instar or just became a second instar. These three were the First of the season for me! Gives me hope for the Monarchs!!
