Monarch Adult Sighted

Date: 07/26/2020

Number: 2

Sighted two monarchs flying in tight circles around each other as I've seen them do during mating ritual. After appx 30 seconds, they separated, and one (assuming female) went to milkweed vine in backyard and stayed on it, fluttering occasionally, appx three minutes, then left (assume depositing eggs). Time 12:30 PM, weather hot and humid, temp appx 90 deg, light winds.
