I am excited to send this picture to you to consider to post.
We see four species of hummingbirds here , Broad tailed, Black chinned come inApril end. Then Rufous in June end . Now the fourth one Calliope comes and first sighting yesterday afternoon around5 pm.
I was trying to take actually Rufous but some how pleasant surprise this Calliope male managed to get its drink. I have a picture that shows little bit of its tongue( flicker tongue) out ready to come to the feeder.
