Butterfly is seeking nectar on garden coneflowers (Echinacea)-these are also popular with the swallowtails, painted ladies, ruby-throated hummingbirds and gold-finches. There is a good stout patch of milkweed growing in the brushpile down the hill, which I expect to spread cheerfully.
