Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 08/03/2020

Number: 50

A guesstimate. They are at feeders, flying past and in trees near house dawn all hours with any light. Usually several at once. We also see and hear them far from house. Currently consumption of 1:4 is about 1 gallon per week. Mostly Black-chinned which breed here. Also some Ruby-throated which have begun to drift sin after breeding season. RTHU don't breed here but do with 100 miles.
