My friend raises native plants for landscapers and gardeners. She had 3 flats of swamp milkweed eaten down to sticks by monarch larva. She needed the last 3 flats for customers. So we pinched off all the leaves with larva and found 62 of them! There may be some we missed. I took them all to Roselle Park and put the leaves onto swamp milkweed plants there! Monarch mama!
