Monarch Waystation #271 reports looking out a 2nd story window and spotting a ruby-throated hummingbird nectaring on tropical milkweed in the large front bed at 9:15 am. Did not see tail spots, but did have corrective lenses on at the time and was not at a good angle to determine gender. Weather overcast.
