From 1 to 2 pm, hot, sunny. I saw 9 Monarchs over the large and the middle-way meadows. 7 of the butterflies flew around swamp milkweeds or fed on them. Two of them made a long dance while they were flying under the trees between the large and the middle-way meadows. Then they flew above the middle-way meadow and had disappeared suddenly in the grass. .
